The price includes:

 
  • The stay and accommodation in the house.
  • Use of all facilities and entertainment.
  • Use of communal garden.
  • Barbecue with charcoal.
  • Use of kitchen, with all utensils and dishwasher.
  • Sheets, towels and table linen.
  • Washing machine with detergent.
  • Electricity and water.
  • Heating and fireplace in winter. The games room doesn't include the heating.
  • Use of TV.
  • All required wood and charcoal.

The price does not include:

 
  • Room and house cleanning during the stay.

Remarks:

 
  • Completion of your booking at Mas Xargay implies acceptance of the following general terms and conditions.
  • Groups must put down a deposit of €300.00 upon arrival.
  • For the neighbour's welfare, disco parties are not allowed neither music outside the house.
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights.
